Shipping & Returns

All orders are sent with La Poste/Colissimo and are prepared with love by ourselves in the atelier. For orders placed on a weekday we normally ship the same or next business day. Orders placed during the weekend are shipped out Monday or Tuesday. 

Delivery times are 24/48h for France (Metropolitane) and 3-4 business days for the rest of Europe. 

A tracking number for the shipping is sent automatically to the email address you stated while placing your order. You can also find the tracking number by accessing your account in our webshop once the order has been shipped out.

Colissimo/La Poste Express France – 15€ 
Colissimo/La Poste Standard Europe – 15€
Colissimo/La Poste Express Europe – 20€ 
Orders over 300€ – Free of charge

Returns 
For all orders placed online you dispose 14 days to right to return your product. Please contact us before sending back your product using the form below including the reason for your return, if you wish to change to another product or size or simply be refunded. All refunds are processed using the same payment provider you used to place your order. 

The cost of the return is paid for by the client and he/she can use any shipping partner they like. All returns must be carefully packaged and feature your order number so we can identify the return. Any damage to product, box or tags will deny your right to a refund.
